  • We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a staff member for our 5-week Teen Tour of Israel (CIT-TWO) program. As a staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our teens while providing them with a meaningful and unforgettable travel experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute a comprehensive itinerary for the teen tour of Israel, including visits to historical sites, cultural experiences, and outdoor activities.
    • Lead group discussions and facilitate learning activities that highlight the cultural and historical significance of the locations visited.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and strengthens Jewish identity.
    • Ensure the safety of all participants at all times, including during travel, activities, and free time
    • Communicate effectively with parents, camp directors, and other staff members.
    • Provide guidance and support to participants, including counseling and conflict resolution
    • Assist with logistical tasks such as transportation, meal planning, and accommodations
    • Assist with emergency situations and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the success of the program as a whole

    Qualifications:

    • At least 21 years old
    • Prior experience working with teenagers, preferably in a travel or educational setting
    • Passion for travel, adventure, and cultural exchange
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse group of teenagers
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Knowledge of Israel's history, culture, and geography is a plus
    • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
    • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Staff will be on-site at Pinemere Camp for Training from June 12-June 25th, and in Israel from June 26th- July 30th.
