Infant/Toddler Teacher

Temple Etz Chaim ECE Center in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks experienced early childhood teachers to join our wonderful team. TEC is looking for qualified teachers to care for our youngest children in the school. Our infant and toddler rooms maintain a low ratio so that we can offer high-quality care for our families. Temple Etz Chaim ECE Center is located in beautiful Conejo Valley and is a long-established school within this community. We believe that children learn best in a warm, nuturing, Jewish environment.  Our curriculum is play-based, offering children time for daily explorations in the areas of art, science, sensory, literacy, music, imaginative play, and social and emotional growth. Our campus offers space to learn, create and explore both indoors outdoors.  Our ECE program is a year-round program and our Center offers care for children infants through five years of age. 

We are looking for early childhood teachers with experience in working with infants and toddlers, a good knowledge of child development, at least three years experience in a licensed center, at least 12 ECE units completed, ability to work as a team teacher, and knowledge of Judaism and Hebrew is a plus!
