Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Time Senior Accounts Manager to join our nonprofit outsourcing firm. This role is critical in providing comprehensive support to our nonprofit clients, encompassing advanced administrative management, financial oversight, digital presence coordination, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of nonprofit operations, exemplary communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and a thorough knowledge of Orthodox Judaism and its practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Administrative Management:
  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day administrative functions, including high-level correspondence, executive calendar management, and optimizing communication systems.
  • Implement and manage processes to enhance organizational efficiency and support nonprofit clients' operational needs.
  1. Advanced Financial Management:
  • Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and transaction documentation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and budgets, offering insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making for nonprofit clients.
  1. Digital Presence Coordination:
  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of client websites, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and strategically aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of digital content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and mission objectives.
  1. Strategic Marketing and Communications:
  • Design, develop, and manage promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content, using tools like Canva, ensuring alignment with organizational branding.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement for nonprofit clients.
  1. CRM and Data Management:
  • Manage and optimize the use of nonprofit CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang) for donor management, data integrity, and strategic reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of donor information, communication histories, and engagement metrics.
  • Generate and oversee the distribution of personalized thank you letters and other donor communications.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in high-level administrative support, financial management, website administration, and marketing within a nonprofit context.
  • Expertise in using nonprofit CRMs such as Salesforce, DonorPerfect, and Bloomerang.
  • Familiarity with ShulCloud or similar website platforms (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
  • Deep understanding and sensitivity to Orthodox Jewish practices and principles.
