Fundraising

1. Secure private, individual donations
2. Achieve donations from targeted family Foundations
3. Apply for and win government and Foundation grants
4. Create sponsorships with relevant institutions
5. Track and maintain CRM of donations

Packing Event Coordination

1. Increase number of Packing Events
2. Oversee all Packing Event logistics including getting materials to location, securing speakers, filing photos, follow-up and delivery of Kits to shipping destinations

Material Sourcing

1. Find cheaper sources for all materials
2. Determine if Kits can be packed in Israel
3. Secure customs issues

Infrastructure

1. Update all documents and promotional materials
2. Confirm support of professionals
3. Initiate study of Kits
