The Opportunity

The Head of Marketing Operations will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing function, turning ideas into high-impact campaigns. This leader will oversee project workflows, align creative vision with execution, manage resources, and track results to ensure the mission reaches and inspires diverse audiences. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations: Develop and maintain systems that ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results.
  • Project Management: Oversee the full life cycle of marketing initiatives, from concept to completion.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with mission-aligned organizations, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign results, share insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Fundraising Support: Create compelling presentations and materials to engage donors, partners, and community leaders.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
  • Proven success in managing budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire teams and partners.
  • A deep passion for advancing Jewish and Israeli advocacy.

Preferred Experience

  • Nonprofit, startup, or mission-driven environment experience.
  • Knowledge of Jewish culture and Israel-related topics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $175K–$200K, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
