Video & A/V Production Associate

StandWithUs is an international, non-partisan Israel education organization that inspires and educates people of all ages and backgrounds, challenges misinformation, and fights antisemitism. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Los Angeles, we empower students and communities through leadership training, educational programs on hundreds of campuses and schools, and large-scale public events. Our content reaches millions annually across social media, print/digital materials, films, newsletters, and missions. We operate programs on six continents with chapters throughout the U.S., Israel, the UK, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, the Netherlands, Australia, and beyond. 

Position Summary: 

StandWithUs is seeking a Video & A/V Production Associate to create compelling video content and support live event A/V production across the U.S. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams from concept through delivery, and help ensure our events and stories land with clarity and impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content (short-form, long-form, social, documentary, and events 
• Conduct on-camera interviews and field standups 
• Produce/direct live events; coordinate A/V vendors
• Manage media assets (naming, backup, archive/DAM hygiene) 
• Collaborate with internal teams to script, storyboard, and produce content 
• Travel domestically for productions and events  
• Work occasional weekends and evenings as event schedules require, including entire Saturdays and Sundays 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and basic After Effects/motion graphics 
• Familiarity with various camera systems, lighting, and audio
• Experience in live event production (switchers, projection, stage audio workflows) 
• Excellent project/priority management; can work independently and cross-functionally 
• Knowledge of and interest in Israeli history and current events

Compensation based on experience and ranges between $65,000 – $85,000.
