High Holiday Cantor

The Woodbury Jewish Center, a vibrant, egalitarian Conservative synagogue on Long Island, with 600 families, is seeking a dynamic, inspiring Cantor to lead our congregation in prayer for the High Holidays 5786.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings deep spiritual presence and strong musical ability
• Is comfortable leading a traditional yet accessible High Holiday davening
• Can inspire a diverse and multigenerational community
• Works collaboratively with our rabbinic and musical team
  

Services include:

• Rosh Hashanah (2 days)
• Kol Nidre & Yom Kippur
• Rehearsals and preparation meetings as needed
