Position: Supportive Learning Assistant in school and home setting for 4 year old boy.  

Location: Davie, FL

Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible late afternoon shifts

Duration: Position available starting August 1st or September 1st, with commitment for the academic year.

Salary: $28-$35 per hour (based on experience)

Description:

We are  seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with children. The ideal candidate should possess a master's degree in Special Education, demonstrate a passion for working with children, and have a deep understanding of educational strategies for students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with parents and school staff to monitor student progress
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in special education
• Master's degree in Special Education preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Availability to work 30 hours per week with flexibility for late afternoon shifts and weekends.
