Position Overview:
JNF seeks to recruit an Associate Director of Campus Affairs. The position can be based out of one of JNF-USA's offices in New York City, Northbrook, IL, Boca Raton, FL, or Washington DC.

The Jewish National Fund Israel Advocacy and Education Department connects students from preschool through college to the land of Israel its people. Reporting to the Executive Director, Israel Advocacy and Education, the Associate Director, will manage all of JNF-USA's campus activities and help connect us throughout the Jewish-on-Campus industry.

Job responsibilities:

Israel Advocacy & Education:
Create strategic plans for all campus related areas.
Supervise all staff and JNF-USA Campus Fellows and assist them in running and/or recruiting for all campus programs and initiatives.
Oversee Alternative Winter Break including planning the budget, content and logistics of each trip with Shorashim and JNF-USA affiliates.
Oversee the JNF-USA Campus Fellowship including recruitment strategy, determining which campuses need to have Fellows and overseeing the recruitment process.
Oversee "Positively Israel" including strategically increasing number of PI events on a national level (online and in person).
Liaison with other pro-Israel campus organizations, including representing JNF-USA in any national collaboration/discussion/conference/consultation/round table that happens within the pro-Israel campus community.
Research grant opportunities to fund the work of Jewish National Fund -USA’s Advocacy and Education Department
Work collaboratively to draft grant proposals and supporting documents based on the specific funding requirements of a prospective foundation.
Plan and oversee JNF-USA's annual College Summit.

You have:
Knowledge of Israel and current trends in the Jewish community and world.
Deep understanding and experience in the "Jewish-on-Campus" industry.
Are entrepreneurial and a self-starter.
Excellent follow-through on projects, and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively with individuals as well as groups, must be a team player.
Are a fabulous networker who dreams big.
Must have excellent oral and written skills.
