Job Summary/Function:
The Chief of Behavioral Services is responsible for the oversight and development of the Counseling Services function of JFCS. As a licensed clinician, this position will provide direct supervision to the Clinical Supervisor and the Director of Community Based Counseling Programs. Clinical supervision of licensed staff as well as maintaining an active case load are also part of this position. The Chief of Behavioral Services is a high-profile position that is tasked with high accountability, leadership, and the ability to simultaneously work with a great degree of autonomy.
