THE JOB:
We have expanded to Denver, and are looking to hire a Program Manager to help us become more integrated into the Denver Jewish community. This position will have lots of opportunities for growth for the right person with an entrepreneurial spirit! This professional will be responsible for:
- building relationships with the leaders of Denver's Jewish and social justice communities
- Programming, managing, and executing all educational, leadership development, and social action programs
- Growing the Colorado Jews for Justice (COJJ) brand and VBM Denver brands independently
- Creating and distributing marketing materials
- Engaging in local fundraising through local foundations and grants
- Building a local individual donor base
- Growing and potentially managing a staff team
- Reporting and tracking impact and results
- Reporting and tracking financials for VBM Denver
- Managing VBM Denver social media channels, e-blasts and websites
- Maintaining and growing partnerships with local synagogues
- Reporting to VBM national staff and Board of Directors

- enjoys making connections and building relationships with community leaders
- has some experience in the areas of marketing, program facilitation, volunteer management, relationship building, and fundraising
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- college degree or equivalent years of work experience
- proficient use of Google Suite, Canva and Mailchimp
THE POSITION:
- 40 hours per week
- $40,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience
