Dinner is served from 5-7:30pm Sunday thru Thursday nights during UVM's academic year.
We produce ready to eat "ToGo" meals six days a week, and which are distributed at retail sites all over campus.
We’re closed Friday night and closed Saturdays, Jewish Holidays and UVM academic breaks.
Ours is a small, clean, and bustling kitchen. And while we also do outside catering, much is turned away.
