Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a community-centered engagement model that reflects TINR’s mission and values.
  • Develop and execute strategies for membership growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clergy, educators, and staff to create opportunities for participation and Jewish experiences.
  • Foster connection and belonging, leading to deeper, more meaningful relationships.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and engagement data.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement trends to inform future strategies.
  • Build partnerships and initiatives that enhance the member experience.

  • Design initiatives that engage members across all life stages.

  • Ensure community member records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Oversee consistent data entry and information management practices.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify opportunities for deeper connection and improved services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and approachable presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working with data, including tracking, analysis, and database management.
  • Experience in event planning or program coordination a plus.
  • Passion for Jewish life, community building, and fostering connections.
