The Operations Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and collaborate closely with the Head of School and Director of Finance. They will serve as a vital member of the Business Office, providing direct support to the Executive Director. The role will encompass various responsibilities, including, but not limited to, serving as a point person at campus, running day-to-day operations, event planning, business office functions, student transportation, and the school's lunch program.

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and thrive under pressure.
  • Exceptional discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration with all levels of the institution, including faculty, staff, administration, parents, and lay leadership.
  • Demonstrated capability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (experience in a school setting is preferred)
  • Availability for occasional nights and weekends
