A Bay Area suburban (near Oakland and Berkeley) Reform congregation of 900 + families seeks a Youth Director to take our highly successful program and move it to the next level of excellence.  Our new Youth Director will fulfill our mission of combining formal and informal youth education in the classroom, youth group, and end-of-summer camp settings.

The professional team at Temple Isaiah seeks a creative and energetic colleague who would love to push the boundaries of typical youth programming into new and exciting realms of Jewish learning, community building, supporting their mental health and social justice. The Youth Director is responsible for deeply engaging with our youth and teens, bringing them into closer relationship with each other, with our congregational community and with the Jewish people everywhere.
