This is a fully remote position available to eligible candidates in the United States.

  • Coordinate with staff from CUNY Hillel campuses to ensure all donor gifts are entered promptly and accurately into their database, Little Green Light (LGL).
  • Pull lists, prepare reports, and provide campaign data to Executive Directors and staff.
  • Support excellent digital donor communications, ensuring consistent voice and branding.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, data manipulation and analysis, and report preparation as requested by Executive Directors.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Campus Marketing & Development Manager and other staff to ensure the success of the campus Hillels we support.

What You’ll Bring to the Job

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in development, marketing, fundraising, and/or communications.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills; prior experience with databases required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.
  • Experience with software like Canva, MailChimp, ConstantContact, SMS platforms, and Excel

What You’ll Receive

  • Competitive salary in the nonprofit marketplace. The salary range for this full-time, temporary role is $50,000 (pro-rated for the length of the assignment)
  • Anticipated assignment: November 2025 to April 2026, with a possibility of extension.
