The St. Louis Rabbinical and Cantorial Association is a forum for area rabbis and cantors to engage in learning, collegiality, advocacy, and professional development. The Association serves to teach and inspire the greater St. Louis Jewish community, embodying Jewish values and ideas through learning, tzedakah, community building, interfaith dialogue and support for Israel.
Our Administrator can work remotely with flexible hours (not to exceed 10 hours / week with seasonal fluctuations) but able to attend in-person daytime and evening meetings in St. Louis, Missouri as needed.
Primary requirements are in Strategic Planning (with the elected President and Executive Committee) Administration, and Community Engagement. More details are available through an e-mail request.
Qualifications include experience in management and administration of a non-profit organization: Experience in current strategic planning models and a strength in engagement and collaborative efforts: Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written: Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office: Experience and dexterity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) is preferred.
Current annual salary offered is $10,000.
