Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds and creating a warm, welcoming environment with a Jewish theme?  Our year-round preschool, Gan Sameach (“Happy Garden”), seeks a part-time Preschool Teacher to join our team. This position offers the possibility of additional hours based on enrollment and staffing needs, providing an opportunity to grow your role with our school.

In this role, you will:

• Fostering a loving, relaxed and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to provide a cohesive and enriching learning experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Holds a minimum of an Associate Teacher credential (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
• Has at least 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
• Has the ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Can obtain and pass a TB test and fingerprint clearance
