Director of Social Services

Ida Crown Jewish Academy seeks a dynamic and compassionate Director of Social Services to lead our efforts in supporting the emotional well-being of our students within a rigorous, college-prep Modern Orthodox environment. As a key member of the administrative team, the Director will oversee the Social Services Department, serve as liaison to outside professionals and agencies, evaluate student needs, and coordinate complex cases. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in adolescent-focused social services.
