Early Childhood Camp Director & Programs Supervisor

The Levis JCC Betty & Marvin Zale Early Childhood Learning Center is currently seeking an Early Childhood Camp Director and Programs Supervisor. This position will be responsible for and undertakes administrative, supervisory, and direct service roles in the following areas of responsibility: Early Childhood Camp, EC Programs (Mini Camps, Aftercare and Enrichment). Additional tasks as indicated by Director/Assistant Director as necessary.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Must be energetic, with strong organization and excellent communication skills, passionate leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience in the field with a proven track record of success, innovation and growth.
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certified
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Procare and Campminder
• Meet all additional state and/or local requirements as specified by regulatory agencies: finger printing, background check, 40 hour course.
