Position Summary:
The Chief of Staff plays a key leadership role, offering strategic guidance to the Office of the CEO and the Federation’s Senior Leadership Team. They manage a range of responsibilities that support the Federation’s engagement with the board. This role involves overseeing communication flow, facilitating key interactions, and advancing high-priority initiatives on the CEO’s behalf. The Chief of Staff also identifies and addresses essential issues that need the attention of the CEO and senior leadership.

Work Environment: This position is in the office 5 days a week.
Pay Rate:
In addition to benefits, the annual salary range for this role begins at $90,000. We benchmark our salaries for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation levels.
