By working with educators and coaching internal school leaders, we are committed to increasing the capacity of Jewish day schools to address the varied needs of learners so that all students thrive. Launched in 2006, the mission is to support children with learning and behavioral differences in Jewish day schools. Designed as a professional development and mentoring model, Hidden Sparks’ innovative curriculum helps teachers enhance their understanding of students and their skill set by engaging teachers in looking at student’s learning and behavior through neuro-development, temperament and classroom ecology. Hidden Sparks began as a pilot in 7 schools in 2006. 401 yeshiva/ day schools have participated in our workshops and training programs.
