Moshava Alevy Office Manager & Registrar

The Office Manager & Registrar is often the first point of contact at Moshava Alevy for campers and families who are registering for camp or calling in with questions. He or she is indispensable as a connection with our camper families, as an office manager, and as an account manager. The Office Manager & Registrar must be able to work from our Running Springs campsite from mid-June to mid-August; they can reside on campus or commute.


Office Management

  • Serve as office receptionist
  • Assist sales, marketing, personnel, and other areas of organization
  • Record donations
  • Scan, file, and organize documents
  • General office upkeep: supply ordering, organization and upkeep of facilities

Camper Account Management

  • Manage camper inquiries and registrations
  • Maintain the Moshava Alevy camper records and database
  • Secure and Process payments in a timely manner
  • Oversee camper travel

Staff Account Management

  • Manage staff inquiries and applications
  • Maintain staff records and database
  • Oversee staff travel


  • Strong knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft programs, and ability to learn new programs
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Ability to perform general office duties
  • Can assist with special events outside of regular work hours


  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Camp Tuition benefit available for children of Office Manager & Registrar
