Role Overview

Brown RISD Hillel (BRH) is seeking a detail-oriented part-time (25 hrs/week) Administration Coordinator to help oversee various processes for our award-winning, fast growing non-profit. Reporting to the Development & Administration Manager the Administration Coordinator oversees day-to-day accounting tasks as well as data entry in our donation management system, Little Green Light. This position will also assist with calendar management for the Executive Director. What You’ll Do

Financial Coordination

  • Process income and expenses, answer coding questions from the offsite bookkeeping team.

Fundraising Support

  • Accurately enter gift and donor details into donor management system
  • Generate gift reports

Schedule Management

  • Coordinate meetings, logistics and more for Executive Director 

On a day to day basis you will

  • Process all donation and grant details into donor management system and complete necessary follow up tasks, including monthly gift reports
  • Forward invoices/bills to appropriate location for payment
  • Code credit card transactions and respond to expense coding questions submitted through accounting client portal
  • Process student reimbursements
  • Oversee petty cash management
  • Assist Executive Director in scheduling meetings with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate logistics for Executive Director and other staff as necessary

What You’ve Accomplished

  • A background in organizational coordination.
  • Comfort with computers and web or cloud-based systems is essential
  • Experience in calendar management and financial administration is ideal.
  • Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
