Position Summary
The Facilities and Accounts Payable Coordinator is a key member of The Temple’s administrative team, responsible for ensuring that the facilities, systems, and campus operations run smoothly and that financial obligations are met accurately and on time. This full-time role assists in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance needs of The Temple’s buildings and grounds, coordinates with vendors and contractors, manages accounts payable processes, and supports billing for select Temple programs. The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational skills, financial accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, vendors, and congregants.
This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional evening and weekend hours.
