TAMID Group is seeking a systems-oriented Program Associate to join our Member Experience (MX) team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day experience of our student members while helping scale and streamline systems across TAMID’s campus network. This role will report to TAMID’s Director of Leadership Programs.

About TAMID Group: 

TAMID facilitates experiential education and cultivates relationships to create a strong, lasting connection to Israel for emerging professionals. We serve 4,000 student members across 60+ chapters worldwide and a network of 10,000+ alumni.  Our programming includes:

  1. Education curriculum
  2. Pro-bono consulting for Israeli startups
  3. Israel-focused investment fund portfolio
  4. Summer internship program in Israel
  5. Leadership programming targeted toward members in Junior/Senior year
  6. A vast Alumni network, focused on community building, professional development, and Israel engagement 

 

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

The Program Associate will support TAMID’s campus-facing programs through four key areas:

1. Campus Communications (25%) - Own and execute communication systems that keep students informed, engaged, and connected.

  • Curate and draft the monthly student newsletter
  • Manage campus communication channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Respond to incoming student communications and inquiries
  • Coordinate speaker requests and communication workflows
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and on-brand messaging across all channels

2. Campus Operations (25%) - Build and maintain the systems that power TAMID’s campus programs.

  • Oversee chapter rosters and distribution lists to ensure accuracy
  • Manage and optimize core systems (TAMID Portal, Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Maintain file organization and resource accessibility
  • Support tracking of member participation and engagement
  • Improve workflows by integrating tools (Forms, Calendly, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Create support materials (Loom videos, FAQs) to improve system adoption
  • Assist with survey distribution, data collection, and basic analysis

3. Beta Program (Expansion) (25%) - Manage TAMID’s expansion pipeline by supporting new campuses through the year-long “TAMID Beta” process.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new chapters
  • Communicate regularly with student leaders at all Beta chapters, providing guidance and feedback
  • Evaluate prospective campuses and monitor progress throughout the program
  • Prepare Beta chapters for successful transition to full chapter status
  • Collaborate with Global Student Leaders and TAMID staff to support onboarding and training

4. Program Support (25%) - Provide flexible, high-impact support across campus programs and student experience.

  • Support logistics and execution of large scale signature events, including annual summer 1-day event and winter 2-day conference
  • Assist chapters in utilizing TAMID platforms (e.g., matching platform for internships/consulting)
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance program delivery and student experience
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional MX initiatives
  • Occasional domestic travel for campus visits and annual events

What You Bring to the Team: 

  • A systems-thinking mindset, with a passion for building and improving processes that make programs more effective and scalable
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage students, alumni, and staff with clarity and intention
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, organization, and strong execution across your work
  • The ability to thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities while staying adaptable and proactive

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Passion for the work and mission of TAMID Group 
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in program operations and/or project management 
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software products in order to maximize their usefulness
  • Proficiency in any of the following areas is a plus: Salesforce, Monday.com, FormTitan, WordPress 
  • Experience with (preferred) or passion for (minimum qualification) working with high-achieving college students and young professionals

This is a fully remote position in the U.S with a strong preference for candidates located on the east coast. We frequently connect with team members in Israel via zoom, Slack, and monday.com. We largely maintain east coast business hours, with flexibility as needed. This position requires occasional evening/weekend hours and occasional domestic or international travel. 

 

The salary for this role is $50,000. 

 

Hiring Process and Timeline:

  • Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with preference given to those submitted by April 30, 2026
  • The interview process will be wrapped up in late May/early June with an anticipated start time in late June/early July
