1. Deep understanding of and engagement in the Jewish community
2. Proven fundraisng experience
3. Strong computer and software proficiency
4. Outstanding Communication Skills
5. Knowledge of marketing tools
6. Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff and volunteers
7. Comfort with public speaking
