Religious School Jewish Studies teacher for 6th Grade

Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel is a large, vibrant Reform Synagogue in South Orange, New Jersey. We are close to NYC and have easy access to NJ Transit- we will pay NJ Transit costs.  We are a welcoming, diverse community of learners and we welcome you to bring your best selves and we will grow together!

We are looking to fill two positions: 

5th/6th Grade Enrichment teacher: Must be able to help students who can excel with prayer work, and do a little conversational Hebrew, Parsha Study and anything else you can think of! Must be available Tuesday 4-6 pm and Sunday 9-11:30 am.

6th Grade Jewish Studies teacher: Must be available Sunday morning from 9-11:30 am, and bonus if also available Tuesday from 4- 6pm. On Sunday you will supervise a Rishon/a from Israel who will write all of the lesson plans. Other lesson plans will be provided if you work Tuesday as well.
