Community Connector – Part Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Work independently, but with guidance from VP Resource Development/Director of Development/Coordinator of Volunteers to re-establish, develop, grow, and manage all programming for CJE’s Associate Board members. Recruit new membership, advance community engagement, plan volunteer activities and fundraising events, build awareness and enhance the next generation.
Identify potential Associate Board members who are ready to move onto the Board of Directors.
Work with volunteer department to identify opportunities at our facilities and create quarterly activities for the Associate Board
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working with Boards and volunteers.
Education and/or Experience:
BA/BS from a four-year college or university, minimum 3+ years’ experience in young adult engagement.
