(Hybrid)

Overall goal:

To help sustain, develop, and enhance the day-to-day operations of Israel Free Spirit, the OU’s Taglit-Birthright Israel trip organizer.

Essential Job Functions

• Daily communication via phone and email with applicants, participants, and parents
• Compile applicant dossiers for departing groups
• Lead texting campaigns to applicants
• Interview applicants for our programs
• Assist with group check-in and departure from airports

Qualifications

• Superb interpersonal communication, phone and writing skills
• Creative problem solving and listening skills
• Ability to work well in a team or independently
• Capable of balancing multiple competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Self-driven and strong work ethic
• Must excel in Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to deal with diverse groups of individuals
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
• Outstanding organization and management skills

The experience level and education required for this position:

• A significant Jewish educational background is required
• Bachelors Degree required
