  • Skilled in executing personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, video, handwritten notes) to deepen donor relationships and enhance engagement.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across teams—especially with Marketing & Communications—to develop compelling appeals and stewardship materials.
  • Data-driven approach to fundraising, using donor behavior and analytics to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content curation skills to communicate mission impact through appeals, updates, and stewardship pieces.
  • Experience working with board members, lay leaders, and volunteers to promote peer-to-peer fundraising and ambassador engagement.
  • Ability to identify, cultivate, and empower volunteer leaders who can effectively champion the annual fund.

  • Proficient in campaign reporting and analysis, regularly communicating performance metrics, portfolio progress, and trends to senior leadership.
  • Commitment to donor stewardship, ensuring timely acknowledgments and meaningful touchpoints that foster loyalty and continued support.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of fundraising experience with a track record in major gifts.
  • Strong communicator, connector, and relationship builder.
