The Union for Reform Judaism’s (URJ) Finance Team seeks an Assistant Director of Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (ADF/FPA) to help the URJ run the business for sustained growth and deepening of program impact. As a key member of the finance team, the ADF/FPA directly supports the Director of North American Finance in all aspects of the department operations by providing support and direction to the finance team, which ensures timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and lay leaders, which influences business decision making.
The Assistant Director of Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for the following:

Help to lead the annual budget processes for URJ in North America and Israel.

Develop quarterly projections with analytical comps using key performance indicators, etc.

Minimum degree BS in accounting.
