B'nai Shalom of Olney’s Kapiloff Religious School, known as J-LAB, is seeking passionate educators to join our dynamic team for the 2025–2026 school year. Our program emphasizes fun, engaging activities and meaningful learning experiences that help students build a strong, connected community.

We’re looking for creative, empathetic, and engaging teachers who are enthusiastic about Jewish life and learning. Our team is committed to supporting you as you grow and thrive in your teaching role.

Current Openings:

• 5th and 6th Grade Judaics Teacher
• 5th and 6th Grade Prayer Hebrew Teacher
• Additional opportunities may be available, including Substitute Teaching

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching or working with children
• Strong Jewish knowledge and a capacity to teach Jewish concepts/ Prayer and Hebrew
• Ability to use creative teaching methods to engage students

Compensation:

• $30-$60/hour commensurate with experience
