The Los Alamos Jewish Center (LAJC) is seeking a Rabbi or qualified Rabbinic student to lead Rosh Hashanah services for 2025 (two days only). Responsibilities include: Leading liturgy,Serving as cantor, (Kol Bo) Torah reading (some congregational help) Participating in our in-person services which are also offered online to our members. We use the Machzor Hadash. Compensation & Logistics:$2,400 fee, Transportation provided, 5 days of housing (with a congregant or stipend for room and board) Located just 35 minutes from Santa Fe, NM

LAJC is a small, welcoming, unaffiliated congregation with ~50 member units. We serve a diverse community including interfaith families, newcomers to Judaism, LANL staff and postdocs, and visitors. High Holiday services are open to all—no tickets required.
