We manage multiple online stores including tjssc.com, yeshivasupplies.com, bennysjudaica.com, jewish-crafts.com, and JewishToyStore.com, focusing on enriching Jewish education and fostering community engagement.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Hybrid Marketing Associate to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and executing email marketing campaigns and managing social media outreach across our various online stores. You will also assist with some cold-calling of potential clients, especially for our new website YeshivaSupplies.com, to build relationships and expand our customer base.

A strong knowledge of Jewish traditions, holidays, and an understanding of the Orthodox Jewish community are essential to align our marketing efforts with our community’s values and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns for multiple online stores.
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Create engaging content tailored to our Jewish community target audience, highlighting our products and special offers.
• Conduct limited cold-calls to potential clients and partners, especially targeting schools and community centers for YeshivaSupplies.com.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with the team to plan promotions and product launches.
• Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and campaign analytics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in email marketing, social media management, or digital marketing preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Jewish traditions, holidays, and the Orthodox Jewish community.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Business, Instagram).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with Jewish community/educational markets a plus.

Position Details:
