The Base Rabbi is supervised by the Base Program Director and is an integral member of the Moishe House team and Base Movement. The Base Rabbi receives ongoing support from the Base National team, including:
Base Partners serve as key thought partners in the building of the Base community, and are expected to be an enthusiastic co-host, helping with planning, preparation, and hosting of events and gatherings (an average of 15 hours per week) and are compensated $20,000 per year for their contributions. To the extent partners want to provide formal programming, we welcome their Jewish (and other) expertise.
