Human Resources Director - Temple Beth Am (Pinecrest)
This is a new position and the successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work with senior leadership to create a Human Resources philosophy and actions that align with the organization's vision, mission, values and strategic plan and goals. Priorities will include consulting with senior leadership on the organizational structure, creating a Total Rewards program to include pay philosophy, job descriptions, leveling roles and titles, implementing a performance evaluation program, and reviewing and updating employee benefit programs. Talent acquisition, employee relations, DE&I, succession planning, and employee training and development are also key aspects for this role. This is a one-person department for an organization with 140 employees across our campus which includes a temple, a school and a cultural center.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a non-profit, educational and/or Jewish organization. CP or SCP certification is preferred.
