Role Overview

Do you dream of a job where you get to influence your organization? Are you a new professional or recent grad who is eager to make a difference? Become an Intrapreneurship Specialist as part of the Springboard Fellowship, a project of Hillel International! The Springboard Fellowship is a paid, two-year fellowship that brings recent college graduates with unique talents and skill sets to college campuses across North America. You will learn intrapreneurial skills to drive change within an organizational system, including understanding the landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and change, mapping resources, and stakeholders to identify how to move innovations from idea to reality and designing with all of those insights in mind. We’re looking for people who embrace challenges, take risks, aren’t afraid to fail, and learn from the past while maintaining their passion and sense of humor.

The Springboard Intrapreneurship Fellow works with a number of existing committees at Northeastern Hillel. It is their responsibility to elevate programming in ways that increase impact with students. This professional will identify opportunities of growth and change. They will work with student groups by brainstorming new ideas for existing groups, piloting innovative initiatives, and identifying areas of interest. We have over 15 different student committees within our Hillel. These groups unite Jewish students who share the same identities. Some of these groups include FYSH, Greek Life Committee, Tikkun Olam Core, Hillel Sisterhood, LGBTQ Comittee, and more. Each group has its own unique culture. The goal for our Springboard Fellow would be to work with the groups that are struggling to engage their demographic to see how they can be more effective.

The Springboard Intrapreneurship Fellow will also focus on 1 on 1 engagements with uninvolved students. They will be talking with students and hearing what they are passionate about. They will lean on their relationships with students to create change and discover new opportunities at our Hillel!
