Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually

We're in search of a Social Media Manager, who is not only adept in the digital realm, but is also deeply versed in the nuances of Jewish and Israeli communities. This role is comprehensive, requiring direct involvement in every step of content creation and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Multimedia Production: Independently design and produce engaging visual content. This includes creating graphics, filming high-quality video content, and editing footage to align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging goals.
• Voiceover & Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for video content and record voiceovers for clients.
• Content Writing & Captioning: Craft captivating captions and content for various social media platforms.
• Full Spectrum Account Management: Take charge of our social media accounts. Responsibilities include planning and executing content calendars, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics. Communicate effectively with clients to align strategies, report progress, and adjust plans based on feedback.
• Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop strategic social media plans that integrate with broader marketing initiatives. Implement these strategies to grow clients’ online presence, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
• Newsletters: Responsible for sourcing content, crafting engaging text, designing visually appealing layouts, and optimizing newsletters for maximum reach and engagement.
• Influencer Collaboration & Management: Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers. Manage all aspects of influencer partnerships.
• Analytics, Reporting, & Client Communication: Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in social media management, including hands-on skills in graphic design, video production, scriptwriting, and voiceover recording.
• Demonstrated ability to produce and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of Jewish and Israeli cultural contexts, capable of creating content that resonates with these audiences.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
