Role OverviewAs Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the Marketing Manager, CEO, COO and program directors in driving awareness and participation across EVJCC’s diverse programs. You’ll be the creative storyteller connecting our community through digital, print, and in-person engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Newsletters: Create and send weekly newsletters; manage segmented mailing lists.
Website & Calendar: Keep program pages and events calendar up to date.
Social Media: Plan and publish posts highlighting events, initiatives, and community impact.
Content Creation: Take photos, edit videos, and produce engaging digital content.
Design & Materials: Create flyers, graphics, and visual assets for programs and campaigns.
Event & Speaker Support: Assist with logistics, communications, and registrations for lectures, screenings, and programs.
Volunteer Coordination: Logistic support for meal deliveries and food pantry events.
Community Relations: Submit press releases, represent EVJCC at partner meetings, and assist with outreach for fundraising campaigns.
Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings and coordinate with directors.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
