StandWithUs is an international, non-partisan Israel education organization that inspires and educates people of all ages and backgrounds, challenges misinformation, and fights antisemitism. We empower and energize students and communities with leadership training and educational programs on hundreds of college campuses, high schools, and middle schools. We inform through social media, print and digital materials, films, weekly newsletters, and missions to Israel. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Los Angeles, the organization has programs on six continents with chapters and offices throughout the U.S., Israel, the UK, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, the Netherlands, Australia, and South Africa.

Position Summary

StandWithUs is seeking a talented Video and A/V Production Associate based in our Los Angeles office. This role supports video content development for multiple departments and live event A/V production across the United States. You will help create engaging visual content that furthers our mission and reaches millions of viewers annually.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film interviews and standups using three-point lighting setups.
  • Edit videos using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) or similar software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Support live event A/V production (setup, coordination, and operation).
  • Manage media assets and maintain organized project files.
  • Collaborate with StandWithUs teams to script and conceptualize video content.
  • Film live events and rallies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Travel occasionally, including weekends, to produce and direct live events.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Professional experience in video production and post-production.
  • Proficiency with Sony Mirrorless and BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Cameras.
  • Experience with professional-grade editing software.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and in live event settings.
  • Knowledge of Israeli history and current events is a plus, but not required.
