Director of Programming, Operations and Logistics

Congregation Beth El is seeking a skilled and motivated Director of Programming, Operations and Logistics to oversee and enhance the synagogue’s diverse range of programs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations under the direction of the congregation’s rabbi. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Orthodox Jewish values, exceptional organizational skills, strong computer literacy and experience in program management. The position would involve management of the synagogue’s facilities, procurements, computer database, website, publications and communications. Part time position, approximatly 25 hours a week.
