TAMID Group is seeking a Manager who will re-imagine and implement programs that will train future professional leaders and connect them to Israel. 


TAMID trains the next generation of leaders and provides them with a strong and lasting connection to Israel. This takes place through a series of programs aimed at students and graduates at 60 college campuses.

  • A comprehensive education curriculum for new members
  • Pro-bono consulting and software development projects for Israeli startups
  • Capital market investment research
  • A summer internship program in Israel
  • Professional and social networking with TAMID students after they graduate


Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to design, support, and implement TAMID’s on-campus programs. (Education, Consulting, Fund)
  • Communicate all program changes to relevant teams and work together with them to implement necessary changes to the programs.
  • Evaluate, together with the Program Director, TAMID’s current on-campus programs, identifying their strengths and opportunities to improve. 
  • Troubleshoot when program-related challenges arise at a campus and make relevant changes as necessary.
  • Consult with subject-matter experts who advise TAMID and produce content. 
  • Coordinate production of new educational content in a format that will be engaging to all new members globally, with emphasis on a strong connection to Israel. 
  • Plan events and produce digital content (such as webinars and newsletters) that will enhance member experience and facilitate a stronger connection to Israel.


The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Have at least 3 years of experience (or equivalent advanced education) in program management,  course development (preferably for a virtual environment), or experiential education 
  • Have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and undergraduate students -- serving simultaneously as a respectful partner and a role model
  • Have experience with organizations on campus
  • Preferably have familiarity with entrepreneurship, finance, technology, or at least a passion to learn more about it
  • Familiarity with web-based delivery and video technology
  • Be a self-starter who thrives both when working independently and in a team environment
  • Have the ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with little predefined structure
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be goal-oriented, project-oriented and achievement-oriented
  • Be kind in your communication with staff, companies and students
  • Be open to sharing and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis
  • Be passionate about the work and mission of TAMID Group (TAMID experience is preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay range: $53,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience

Location & Travel:

The Manager will work remotely. Most members of the team are based in the Washington, DC area, so meetings are conducted on east coast business hours.

During the pandemic, TAMID does not expect any staff travel. Should public health return to normalcy, the position will require occasional travel (Up to 15%).
