Fiscal Director- CCBHC

Ohel is looking for a team-oriented, highly motivated leader to serve as CCBHC Fiscal Director. Directly reporting to the Deputy CFO and maintaining regular contact with the CCBHC Director, the CCBHC Fiscal Director will oversee all Fiscal related matters that pertain to our CCBHC clinic and related operations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and oversight of the annual budgets and ongoing reporting
• Strategizing with the CCBHC Director and other clinical and operations staff to maintain fiscal sustainability
• Track and manage all related governmental grants to utilize them to our best advantage
• Review and negotiate payer contracts
• Work with the Revenue Cycle Manager and Billing Supervisor to ensure timely billing and correct reimbursements
• Stay current on industry issues and developments, and other general fiscal management issues.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of CCBHC clinic or similar behavioral health related entity experience. Bachelors required, CPA preferred. This full time position is located in Brooklyn and includes a competitive benefits package.

Salary: $150,000-$200,000
