About Belev Echad

Founded in 2009 as an annual tour through New York City to honor wounded IDF soldiers, Belev Echad has evolved into a globally recognized nonprofit dedicated to restoring the lives of the brave heroes of the IDF. Through emotional, mental, medical, legal, and financial support, we provide life-saving resources to wounded veterans—services they often can’t access on their own.

These heroes fought for Israel. Now, we fight for them.

Our programs empower soldiers and their families to heal, reintegrate, and thrive. Whether it’s mental health treatment, physical rehabilitation, or vocational reintegration, we walk alongside our soldiers every step of the way—ensuring they are supported, uplifted, and never alone.

Position Overview

Belev Echad is seeking a highly driven, strategic, and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead and scale all marketing and communications efforts.

This role is responsible for driving revenue through marketing, strengthening donor engagement, and ensuring the organization’s brand, messaging, and digital presence reflect the urgency and impact of our mission.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator—someone who can build a plan and execute it at a high level in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (nonprofit and/or fundraising experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of building and executing revenue-generating campaigns
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (email, analytics, web)
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Salary160,000.00 - 180,000.00 Annual
