Our client SBH Community Network Inc. www.sbhonline.org seeks a Human Resources Manager. This is a wonderful opportunity to join one of the leading non-profit social service agencies in the Metro New York area. The position reports to the CEO.

Position Focus

• Oversees talent management, onboarding, training and development, organizational management, compensation, leadership accountability, and employee satisfaction.
• Develops and implements comprehensive recruiting and retention plans.
• Develops compensation and benefits plans that are cost effective and competitive.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and city laws.
• Designs and implements training and development programs.
• Encourages diversity and team building.
• Works closely with the C-suite.

Requirements Director of Human Resources

• Bachelor’s degree, (Master’s preferred)
• 10 years of HR experience
• 5 years of leadership experience
