Chicago Jewish Day School (CJDS) offers an exciting and innovative dual curriculum that integrates the best of General and Hebrew/Judaic Studies. As our school continues to grow, we are seeking creative and collaborative educators to join our dynamic Junior Kindergarten team.

Position Summary:

CJDS is looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Kindergarten educator to support the social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners. Ideal candidates will be excited about working in a progressive and team-oriented setting that values curiosity, inquiry, and meaningful connections with children and families.

Preferred Qualifications & Training:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in Early Childhood Education
• Reggio Emilia-inspired training
• Responsive Classroom training

• Create a respectful and nurturing learning environment
• Utilize strong communication skills to foster connections with students, families, and colleagues

Compensation: CJDS offers competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
