Director of Early Childhood and Congregational Education
The Center for the Advancement of Jewish Education (CAJE-Miami), the educational arm of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, is seeking a passionate and innovative Jewish educator to join our outstanding, nationally recognized team as Director of our Departments of Early Childhood (1/2 time) and Congregational Education (1/2 time), a Full-Time position. The ideal candidate is one who is energized by relationship and community building, envisions a strategic process for increasing quality in our Jewish schools and creatively implements strategies in collaboration with EC and Congregational Educational professionals as well as volunteer leadership.
Anticipated start date of June/July 2023. This job is based at our offices located at 4200 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33137, with remote work on days you spend in the field.
CAJE-Miami (www.caje-miami.org) has a budget of over $3M with 19 employees that serve our 6 markets/departments: Adults, Miami Jewish Film Festival, Teens, Day Schools, Congregational Education and Early Childhood Education.
The Director of Early Childhood and Congregational Education reports to, and meets weekly with, the Executive Director of CAJE-Miami and is part of our CAJE Senior Educational Team. There are funds allocated to the department for professional development of the Director as well as for Early Childhood and Congregational Education school leaders.

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000 depending upon experience

Required Experience
