Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in education or related field, and 1-3 years’ experience in working with school-aged children in formal or informal settings. 1-3 years’ experience managing and/or developing children’s programming.
The Program Coordinator must be an enthusiastic team player ready to jump into a vibrant and busy team. They must also have experience working with children and be warm, cheerful, patient, and nurturing. In addition to these qualities, the successful candidate will also have the following skills and abilities:

Physical Requirements: Able to work well in person in a busy, dynamic, and sometimes noisy environment involving multiple tasks and priorities. Able to lift and carry objects weighing 30-40 pounds (boxes of supplies, children’s backpacks etc.). Able to sit and kneel; getting down at eye level with children regularly.
This is a full-time, in-person position requiring 40 hours per week, generally 10AM – 6PM on weekdays and including occasional weekend hours.
