The Executive Director is responsible for the implementation of the policies of the Board of Trustees. The ED reports to the President, and collaborates with the Board in strategy, process improvement, and implementation of programs, and works closely with the clergy and lay leaders. Responsible for day to day operations of the synagogue. Also includes maintaining relationships with tenants of the building.
A successful ED candidate should exhibit the following characteristics:
